HOW TO GO GREEN EVERY MORNING AND FEEL GREAT THE REST OF THE DAY

Go green!

Every morning I go green… my husband goes green too, and we are addicted because it feels SO good!

Now what on earth is she talking about? I tell you – we start our day drinking nettle tea – each and every day 2 big mugs (½ a liter) each.  What I have been doing for 10 years – but my husband first started 6 months ago – and now he’s the first one in the kitchen who prepares the pot!  One more very green thing we do just after – we share half an avocado! Two mouthful each of this delicious green vegetable and our  stomachs and the whole system is up running in no time! And we feel great the rest of the day.

Another fantastic green fruit which aid your digestion system and your health in general, is the kiwi fruit! When the season is low on avocados – go look for the kiwi fruits.

We can divide people in categories of how they have toilet routines… We all know about how it feels not to get it done for days… and quite honest I have heard of people who only delivers once a week. A relief when it finally happens. Then there are people who makes it happen 2-3 times a week – lucky ones! But to be quite frank – If you have a proper functioning intestinal system, you are delivering solid substance minimum once a day!

If you haven’t tried anything like this yet … You must a.s.a.p. Now this could become an even more shitty-talk – but let me frame it short – if you have any kind of problems delivering the solid stuff – this is the solution that is working for us, so I’m sure it will for you too.

PS. Now don’t spoil the raw green healthy advice with any sugar, salt, pepper, mayonnaise etc. they are unfortunately just very unhealthy bad taste habits!

Nettle tea: 2 tea spoons (2g) for ½ liter   (If you can pick fresh leaves from your garden – 3-5 leaves is plenty) You can add some mint leaves if you find it too dull.

Nettle tea – as tea bags (Clipper tea) or your local Organic shop – your garden, Pharmacy etc.

Avocado and kiwi – you can get in most supermarkets

Good luck!

Best wishes of your Health, Wealth and Happiness

Katrine

HOW TO DISCOVER YOUR OWN PERSONAL STRENGTH AND BEAUTY

How to discover your own beauty

It can be rather confusing to be born into this world as a tiny human being, raised in a family structure in a community, in a country in some part of the world and through all these influences, to finding your own path and discover the beauty of it all.

How we manage balancing our own life, especially depends on how we were influenced by our parent’s way of conducting their lives and behaviours in our youngest years. Their way to have handled situations can have deep impact and end up being our own obstacles without even knowing why.

In my part of the world in the Nordic countries, people are being matured and bullied with the Jante law through most of our life, from both a good and bad perspective. The good part is that the democracy in our countries is based on nobody is more worth than others. The backside is when people who ought to support you is expressing this law out of context, in families, political etc. Read the Jante law below.

Your personal foundation ought to be filled with love and support so that you as a young self-confident person walk out in the society and learn even more during your youth, starting up your own life. But if you haven’t had the caring guidance and support from maybe other generations in your family, you might only have a weak picture of who you are yourself. Even worse, you might not even know that being alive is a beautiful loving miracle.

It is a very good idea to use some well-known tools for navigating around in our life. Some that have been used since man started watching the moon. Other having been developed later in the modern world’s work’s cultural perspective.

What I’m thinking of here is especially knowing of the zodiacs and the Typology Tests just to mention a few.

Knowing about the zodiacs can be a great advantage when you meet new people. Ask what zodiac they are, tell what you are and you already get a nice framing on personalities communicating from a much more open perspective.

Getting to know yourself through your personal horoscope, analysed by a skilled astrologer, can be like entering a screenplay where you are the author and director to choose how the play has to be performed, depending on your free will.

I have been subscribing daily updates on my zodiac for more than a year and already learned a lot – about myself! I must admit I start to daring to get my own full horoscope done in the nearest future.

I met the Jung Myers-Briggs tools in the corporate world, in several jobs. As it is a very popular tool to make team building, for getting people to perform better. It’s a great tool to let people understand that we all perform in individual perspectives, but we can all get categorized. These are good tools from an HR perspective in a company where the strength is to get as many different people as possible in your organisation. If you only have a bunch of regimented people you have a weak organisation.

I had a very good experience with one of the companies I worked in for several years, as I discovered that my CEO was in the exact same category as me. That mend I suddenly knew him a lot better, as we would have the same approach and mind-set around things.

Where I have also learned a lot, is through listening to the wise people who are sharing their knowledge on YouTube. I’ll give you a list of my favourite channels below. Lee Harris is giving insights on Energy and how it feels and why. With Ralph Smart you can feel alive. The Ask Teal (Teal Swan) video series takes questions deep and inherent within our human experience and answers them eloquently and very concisely.

Having a good indication on yourself and the people around you, can be a great support to understand some more of this amazing world and its amazing population. It makes life much more fun, and to discover the beauty in others is to discover the beauty of yourself.

Enjoy

Best of Health, Wealth and Happiness
